Restoration and Renovation of the Hôtel de l’Europe
In the heart of Chamonix, on the famous pedestrian street Joseph Vallot, the Résidence de l’Europe enjoys a unique location, just 250 m from the ski slopes and facing the majestic Mont Blanc.
Built between 1887 and 1897 by François Couttet, the former Hôtel de l’Europe is an iconic building in Chamonix’s history, welcoming travelers and mountain enthusiasts for over half a century.
Today, the site is turning a new page in its story with the creation of 12 high-end apartments.
The historic façade will be carefully restored in the traditional Chamonix style, while the building will be modernized with a new roof and restructured floors.
