Our role :
- Managing the overall detailed execution schedule for the project
- Management of the execution studies schedule
- Anticipating orders and launching production for each trade
- Coordinating deliveries and the work of all those involved in the construction process
- Tracking all information and transmitting plans, details, notices, reservations and completion reports via a common platform that is updated on a daily basis
- Drawing up and distributing site reports in order to contractualise site progress and delays
- Continuously recalibrating the schedule and implementing actions and optimisations to overcome any problems that may arise
- Management of any bad weather,
- Organising and monitoring the finishing of the works up to acceptance of the work.
