Our role :

• Managing the overall detailed execution schedule for the project
• Management of the execution studies schedule
• Anticipating orders and launching production for each trade
• Coordinating deliveries and the work of all those involved in the construction process
• Tracking all information and transmitting plans, details, notices, reservations and completion reports via a common platform that is updated on a daily basis
• Drawing up and distributing site reports in order to contractualise site progress and delays
• Continuously recalibrating the schedule and implementing actions and optimisations to overcome any problems that may arise
• Management of any bad weather,
• Organising and monitoring the finishing of the works up to acceptance of the work.
