As the founder of the office, he keeps his hat on on site to monitor the progress of the work; validates the feasibility of the work; coordinates the in-house team; leads meetings; brings together all those involved in the projects; ensures that every client is satisfied and that their project is delivered on time. But with us, it's above all the person who determines the overall strategy of the office, its objectives and ensures that it runs smoothly.

He oversees the project from start to finish; plans the tasks; organises the weekly meetings; coordinates the site; guarantees deadlines and costs; validates the work reports; takes delivery of the site. He is the guarantor of the smooth running of his projects and is the link between all those involved on site. When he's not in the field, he studies the design and execution plans, writes reports, interacts with the design offices and manages the site schedule.

He studies the feasibility of projects; draws up technical specifications and SCCs; analyses invitations to tender; handles the commercial side with companies; interacts with the various people involved in projects. When he's not behind his models, he's out in the field, monitoring the site more closely. If you have a technical question about a design plan or costing, you are the point of contact.

She centralises information for her colleagues (email, telephone, appointments, post); she ensures financial monitoring of projects and the office; she draws up administrative documents and ensures that they are followed up; she consults companies for work on site. When she's not in the office, she provides on-site support for end-of-site monitoring.
